All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment facility in Los Angeles, California (USA).


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows will be shown during checkout and in your shipping confirmation email once your order ships.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Our fulfillment team processes orders quickly — sometimes within hours — and once an order enters processing, we may not be able to make changes.

UFO Pointer is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@ufopointer.com, and we’ll do our best to assist before shipment.


International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ufopointer.com, and we’ll work to resolve the issue promptly.
