Refund policy
We want you to love your UFO Pointer. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be:
• In original condition
• Undamaged
• Returned with all included components and packaging
Returns that show excessive wear, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
How to Start a Return
- Email info@ufopointer.com with your order number.
- We’ll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Please do not send returns without contacting us first.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was shipped
• There was a fulfillment error on our end
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or something isn’t right, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally within 7 days of delivery — and include a photo so we can understand what happened.
We’ll review it quickly and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
We reserve the right to refuse returns that:
• Are returned beyond the 30-day window
• Show significant use or alteration
• Are missing original components
Chargebacks & Policy Abuse
We are committed to fair service for all customers.
All orders are picked, packed, and sealed under video surveillance at our fulfillment facility. This ensures accuracy and documentation of every shipment prior to dispatch.
Fraudulent claims, false “item not received” reports, unauthorized chargebacks without prior contact, or abuse of our return policy may result in order restrictions and supporting documentation being provided to payment processors during dispute resolution.
